Every person has the power to make a difference, even if you are just a bystander there are safe ways for you to intervene and help maintain the integrity of your work environment. We are committed to working with owners who want to establish policies that support accountability and nourish an industry free from violence.

Provide creative solutions to prevent harm and give constructive feedback to help your leadership team make decisions that align with the values of your workplace.
Training
Create space for facilitated conversation about sexual harassment in the workplace, how to address someone causing harm and how to respect the boundaries of your coworkers.
